Step 1

Any possible partnership begins with an informal, non committal orientation meeting.  Should the chemistry prove positive and the possibilities attractive, a second meeting follows to discuss the partnership in more detail.

Step 2

The next step is for In Value to conduct a company analysis.  This is an objective (fact based) evaluation into the capacity of your company to capitalize on opportunities for growth.  This is also a good way to judge whether the personal chemistry is present for the future working relationship.  A crucial part of this analysis is to define the expectations of both the shareholders and the management.

Step 3

From the results of the analysis a process for improvement is defined together.  Our experts subsequently implement the process for improvement within your organization.  Your In Value partner is responsible for the implementation, and is also your sparring partner with respect to the strategy for growth, as well as being your access to the In Value network and specialists.
